The perception of 30-year-olds towards 20-year-olds can vary greatly from person to person. Some 30-year-olds may see 20-year-olds as childish due to the age gap and differences in life experiences, while others may not. It ultimately depends on the individual's maturity level, life experiences, and personal beliefs. Age alone is not a determining factor in how one perceives another person's level of maturity. **

It is not uncommon for 20-year-olds to be friends with 15-year-olds, especially if they have a shared interest or activity that brings them together, such as a sports team, club, or hobby. However, it is important for the older individual to be mindful of the age difference and to maintain appropriate boundaries in the friendship.
